Sinto’s products are particularly used for the control of printing precision of metal electrodes involved in the manufacturing process for Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC).
Measurements of Screen Mask for the Printing
We measure screen masks for the purpose of printing metal electrodes on ceramic sheets. Through the management of directional change by repeated printing, high-precision patterning is made possible.
Measurement Outline
The screen mask’s aperture dimensional and position are measured. Through the image filter function and singular point removal function of the screen mask’s measurement, it is possible to obtain accurate measurements that are not influenced by the screen mesh.
Printing Electrode Sheet Measurements
We measure the ceramic sheet on which the metal electrodes have been printed by the screen mask and confirm the printing accuracy.
We also observe the condition of the edges of the metal electrodes.
