Wastewater from barrel polishing
These treatment systems effectively remove metals, polishing media, oils, and surfactants from wastewater generated during the barrel polishing process.
Austempering wastewater
These systems denitrify the specialized wastewater generated during salt bath processes. Sinto uses a specialized carrier that effectively maintains denitrifying bacteria within the denitrification reactor, enabling highly efficient treatment operations.
Pickling wastewater
These systems remove metals and degreasing agents from wastewater generated when pickling cold-forging steel following the annealing process, making it possible to use adsorbent during treatment.
Linen wastewater
This process efficiently recovers highly-concentrated oils and fats from wastewater used for laundering and regenerates it into fuel oil. The waste fluid that remains after the degreasing process then goes through biological treatment before being released.

At the Sinto Environment Analysis Center, we run wastewater treatment tests to determine the optimal treatment systems and specifications. Once our systems are installed, we run water quality tests and analyses during regular inspections to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and we use the results from more than 20,000 of these water quality tests and analyses to make sure our customers are getting the right water treatment method for their applications.
