Features

  • For large products Separates the product and sand while conveying the mold by vibration. Sand is separated from the metal flask with a strong force to break sand lumps into smaller pieces.
  • An air spring is used to reduce the vibration to be transmitted to the ground.
  • Can also be used for releasing the green sand mold from the flask.

Tower Type Sand Crusher - WBT series

A single sand crusher serves to crush sand lumps and sieve sand grains.

Tower Type Sand Crusher - WBT series

Features

  • The crusher has two functions; sand lumps rub against one another when crushed to produce sand grains, which are, after passing through the slit liner, raised by the spiral conveyor around the crusher periphery and classified by a vibrating sieve.
  • The crushed sand discharge port is located high and capable of adjusting the flow rate so that sand can be directly fed to the next process.
